Abstract: The Online Distance Learning System from CRT Brasil Telecom (Brazilian Telephone Company), has showed that technology and education found a commum point to perform good educational methodologies. Contents and ODL (Online Distance Learning) programs reached a very good point of performance and moreover, internal culture is much more prepared to use Online Learning now than ever. The next target now is: how to steer employees to get good results on a "sea" of knowledge. CRT Brasil Telecom Knowledge Communities are assembled to give a natural orientation specifically prepared for both professional and applied educational needs. |
