Jess Based On-Demand Multimedia Player with Data Retrieval and Streaming Service
Abstract
This paper will explore the application of on-demand synchronization, retrieval, and player system for multimedia data such as of text, image, audio, video using Jess Expert System Shell (Jess). The application proposed can play all kinds of media applications with continuous streaming, and concurrency. This application is useful, in areas such as e-learning, distance education, language learning, and especially in applications, where different kinds of multimedia-data is required with synchronization. The knowledge-based system is used as a backbone to play different media formats, as they provide the abilities of autonomous and automatic streaming of services by firing various rules.
