Title
Usability and Adaptability of Evaluation Framework for Requirements Engineering Tools
Abstract
Automated support for requirements engineering (RE) process is a recognized research area. However, the mainstream practice still relies on word processors and drawing tools rather than the requirements engineering tools (RETs). In this work the focus is on the evaluation framework for RETs. The quantitative research is applied to test the usability and adaptability of the framework. The adaptability and usability results are followed with the RETs evaluation survey, which validates the framework features and activities The paper results feasibly good acquisition and usability of the RETs evaluation framework which helps during the RETS evaluation and acquisition for environmental needs in a particular environment.
