Variation Measure between Fuzzy Variables Using Inverse Credibility Distributions
Abstract
Variation measure between fuzzy variables, as a type of distance-like measure, is an important topic in fuzzy theory and there are many ways to define a variation measure between fuzzy variables. This paper proposes a type of variation measure between fuzzy variables defined by inverse credibility distribution and discusses some properties of the variation measure. As an illustration, the case of variation measure between triangular fuzzy variables is examined.
