This paper highlights the complementary nature of SAR and HSI data in the context of a trafficability assessment. To perform the assessment, different types of classification on the two data sets were performed and fused at the decision level. Results show different strengths for each data set and prove the advantage of using both HSI and SAR data in trafficability assessment. |
