Abstract | ||

In this paper, we propose a location anonymization method which can control the degree of preserving user preferences on visiting locations, where the user's preferences are defined as a series of categories of the visiting locations. Based on the user's requirement, this method mixes dummies that move by following the user's preferences and that do not. The extensive simulation results show that our method enables controlling the degree of preserving user preferences as well as protects the location privacy. |
