Partial Consistency is a preeminent property for improving the solving process of a constraint satisfaction problem. This
property is depicted by the omnipresence of several levels of consistency among which circuit consistency. Two non-equivalent
definitions have been proposed for this level. In this paper we present, first, some concepts of the most local consistencies
techniques used in practice. Second, we upraise the ambiguity of the two proposed definitions of circuit consistency property.
Then, we rename and redefine them. Finally, we study their capacities of filtering by comparing them with other local consistencies.
